Fans Can Vote Online to Help Rabid Fans Win Internet’s Top Honor: The Webby Awards

LOS ANGELES, CA — March 31, 2026 — Rabid Fans, the original animated sports commentary series produced by VictoryRoad Studios and Creative7, has been nominated in the Creator - Sports category at the 30th Annual Webby Awards.
Hailed by The New York Times as the “Internet’s highest honor,” The Webby Awards is the leading international awards organization honoring excellence on the Internet.
Co-created by Mike Basone and Zac Greenbaum, Rabid Fans was built to cut through the noise with original characters, sharp sports commentary, and a point of view that actually feels different. Blending comedy, fandom, and culture, the series has built a growing audience by delivering sports storytelling through a bold and original animated world.

The series is executive produced by Mike Basone, Zac Greenbaum, Carmelo Anthony, and Asani Swann, and features voice performances by Mike Basone, Rachel DeMita, Carl McDowell, and Jack Usher. This is the second consecutive Webby nomination for Rabid Fans, having been nominated last year in the Social Content - Sports category.
As a nominee, Rabid Fans is also eligible to win a Webby People’s Voice Award, which is voted on by fans worldwide. Voting is open now through April 16, 2026.
Winners will be announced on Tuesday, April 21, 2026.
